Julian Youssef is a passionate and skilled bartender with over 13 years of experience, having mastered his craft in designing cocktails in Beirut, Brugge, and Antwerp. Currently the Head Bartender at TAZU in Antwerp, Julian has been a key figure in award-winning bars, contributing to establishments recognized among the World's 50 Best Bars in 2016 and 2018, including the title of Best Bar in the Middle East and Africa in 2018, and ranking 57th in 2017. He was also shortlisted for the Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar by Tales of the Cocktail.

Since TAZU's opening, Julian has led the bar to win the prestigious Cocktail Bar of the Year award from Gault & Millau in Belgium. His career includes tenures at Central Station Boutique Bar and Kissproof in Beirut, and Groot Vlaenderen in Brugge.

Now, he's offering his expertise as a freelance bartender and cocktail menu consultant, ready to elevate any event or bar experience.
